Personal Data Processing Policy

This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) defines the procedure for processing personal data of users (hereinafter the “User”) on the website simosaic.ru (hereinafter the “Service”) to ensure the security of personal data with the Individual Entrepreneur (hereinafter the Operator) in order to protect the rights and freedoms of an individual and citizen when processing their personal data, including the protection of the right to privacy, personal and family secrets.

The provisions of this Policy are mandatory for all employees of the Operator who process personal data, including those working in branches and separate divisions of the Operator.

If certain provisions of this Policy conflict with the current legislation on personal data, the provisions of the current legislation shall apply.

Personal data subjects may also send their request signed with an enhanced qualified electronic signature to the email address simosaic@yandex.ru.
The period for processing requests does not exceed 30 (thirty) days from the date of the request.
This Policy is a document to which unrestricted access is provided. To ensure unrestricted access, the Policy is, in particular, published on the Operator’s official websites at: simosaic.ru.


By using the Service, the User accepts the terms of this Policy and consents to the processing of their personal data in the manner provided for by Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” (hereinafter the “Law”).

2. Basic Concepts

Transfer of personal data outside the Russian Federation is carried out only in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data.

Personal data is stored no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes of its processing, or within the periods established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
