Newsletter Personal Data Policy

Purpose of personal data processing: sending marketing newsletters, news, information about services/products

1. General Provisions
This section describes the processing of personal data of Users for the purpose of receiving marketing and informational newsletters from Si Mosaic.

By using subscription forms (for example, on the website, in an application or through social networks), the User gives consent to the processing of their personal data for newsletters, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

2. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
Personal data is processed exclusively for:

3. List of Processed Data
For newsletters, the following personal data may be processed:

  • Surname, first name (if provided);
  • Email address;
  • Contact phone number (if provided for messengers, SMS and email distribution);
  • Data on interaction with newsletters (for example, opening emails, clicking on links).

4. Consent to Personal Data Processing
The User expresses consent to the processing of their personal data separately for marketing newsletters by checking the corresponding checkbox upon subscription.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time through:

  • The “Unsubscribe” link in the email;

5. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

Data for newsletters is stored until the User withdraws consent or until the end of the period established by legislation.

The User has the right to:

  1. Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for newsletters at any time;
  2. Request clarification, blocking or deletion of personal data;
  3. Appeal against the operator’s actions to the authorized bodies.
